US Private Bank Business Finance Manager - Senior Associate

Job Summary
Lead strategic finance initiatives for a US Private Bank region as a Senior Associate/Finance Manager. Partner with regional CFOs and Market Managers to develop and present strategic market plans, analyze financials to identify opportunities, support month-end close processes, prepare for business reviews with senior management, and develop management dashboards and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Drive disciplined expense management, assess talent and sales-management processes, and contribute to strategic planning across four channels: Strategic Planning, Finance Management, Sales Management, and Project Management. Must be local to Plano, TX, able to work full-time in-office, and willing to travel occasionally; sponsorship is not provided for immigration purposes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Ability to work in a full-time in-office capacity in Plano, TX
- Willingness to travel (limited)
- Authorized to work in the United States (no immigration sponsorship)
