US Payroll Associate

Job Summary
Execute and manage end-to-end payroll processing for all US entities and jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Oversee operations to process salaries, bonuses, benefits, taxes, and statutory payments while handling employee lifecycle changes. Manage vendor relationships for submissions and filings, and partner with HR to support compensation transactions and onboarding payments. Develop self-service resources and manage payroll queries to deliver an excellent employee experience. Establish and improve payroll processes, controls, and audit practices to enhance accuracy and scalability. Support onboarding new office locations and assist with internal and external audits. Collaborate with the global payroll team to maintain consistent standards and share best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using Workday Payroll
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant payroll experience
- significant hands-on experience running US payroll
- Comprehensive knowledge of US payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements
- Experience managing payroll across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven track record of process improvement
