Job Summary
Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Frito Lay by receiving inputs, validating requirements, and capturing data in payroll systems. Ensure operation controls by comparing sources to confirm matching values against pay rules, policies, and regulations. Monitor case reception and release to guarantee SLA compliance while managing daily resolution escalations. Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation, maintaining high organization and attention to detail throughout. Communicate and support local functional teams to ensure timely delivery and service level agreement fulfillment.
