Job Summary
Train providers and support staff in procedural support, product demos, and workflow integration for the Navigo 4D Fusion System. Provide case support during product evaluations to ensure provider confidence and system reordering. Develop strong clinical advocates and reference sites while collaborating with the sales team to drive conversions and maintain high customer satisfaction. Maintain daily CRM call records and submit weekly progress reports. Continually provide customer, competitive, and market feedback within assigned budget guidelines. Gain strong clinical knowledge in prostate cancer and prostate fusion areas. Attend tradeshows as needed. This role blends clinical expertise with sales execution in an OR environment, requiring overnight travel to train customers and build relationships in physician office clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and hospitals.
Required Qualifications
- Ultrasound Technician or Technologist experience with prostate expertise
- Clinical Case support experience
- Proven ability to educate and persuade providers and staff during product evaluations
- Entrepreneurial mindset able to work in unstructured environments
- Must have a car
- Willingness to do overnight travel to train customers
- AA Degree
- ARDMS Certification
- Gain strong clinical knowledge in the area of Prostate cancer and Prostate Fusion
Desired Qualifications
- US-MRI Prostate Fusion case support experience
- Experience training physicians – preferably on ultrasound/imaging devices
- Experience working in an OR setting with physicians
