Job Summary
Manager of District Relations leads district member engagement and volunteer stewardship across US/Canada, coordinating online events, meeting logistics, and liaison roles for eight districts. The role partners with district volunteers and staff to ensure program quality, tracks demographics and expenses, manages fund allocations and scholarships, and supports awards and recognition timelines. The position requires relationship and project management, strong communications with internal/external stakeholders, and the ability to work across multiple districts and systems (including HubSpot, LineUp, and reMembers). This role also involves budget tracking, reimbursements, and collaboration with leadership to execute district conferences and regional activities, with an opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement after an initial period. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of volunteer management experience, and demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Progressive experience in project management
- At least 3 years of volunteer management experience
- Superior customer service skills and ability to interact with a variety of constituents
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented self-starter capable of handling multiple projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and association management systems (HubSpot a plus)
