Job Summary
Lead US medical strategy for Saphnelo immunology indications, shaping the scientific narrative and lifecycle management strategy for Saphnelo IV/SC across systemic sclerosis, cutaneous lupus erythematosus, lupus nephritis, and idiopathic inflammatory myopathies. Define evidence generation plans (including RWE/HEOR and externally sponsored research), support launch readiness activities, develop and translate complex clinical data into clear, compliant medical communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure US insights inform global medical and development plans. Deliver medical review and input for publications, training materials, FAQs, and promotional/non-promotional content; train Field Medical teams; engage with external experts and societies in a compliant manner; travel within the US and internationally as needed. Must adhere to FDA/OPDP/Pharma standards and pursue innovative, AI-enabled approaches to improve medical affairs effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree such as MS, MD, PhD, or PharmD
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical affairs, clinical development, and/or lifecycle management
- Strong expertise in immunology, rheumatology, autoimmune disease, or a closely related therapeutic area
- Solid understanding of the US regulatory and compliance environment, including FDA and OPDP requirements
- Experience contributing to evidence generation, RWE/HEOR, publications, congress strategy, and scientific communications
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment and align US and global medical priorities
- Excellent scientific communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
