Job Summary
Deliver online math classes weekly to K-8 students, actively manage an online classroom (up to 18 students), and develop and reiterate classes to optimize learning outcomes. Teach during peak hours (including Saturday mornings and Sundays), collaborate with the teaching management team to advance services, and provide timely and personalized weekly feedback to students and parents. Participate in on-site training during the first 6 months with a transition to hybrid flexibility and potential remote teaching opportunities; mentor fellow educators and contribute to curriculum development and teaching quality improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, English fluency, strong communication skills, and availability to teach weekday evenings and weekends. 20-40 hours per week with on-site training and paid career advancement opportunities; EPF/SOCSO benefits and commuter allowance after on-site period.
Required Qualifications

- Strong communication skills
- Available to teach during weekday evenings and weekends
- Experience not required but a plus
- Ability to deliver online math classes to Kindergarten to 8th grade
- Strong classroom management and feedback skills
