Job Summary
US Marketing Manager responsible for end-to-end US CRM content production and localization, owning email, push, and in-app messaging across the customer journey; design and adapt email visuals, drive segmentation strategies for US users, localize the US campaign calendar and merchandising, and act as the voice of the US consumer inside the marketing team; collaborate with the global CRM, the central Content Factory, and Ops teams to ensure campaigns feel native and culturally aligned to American shopping behavior; requires 3-5 years in consumer marketing, AI-native tooling, and hands-on experience with CRM platforms and modern marketing stack; fluent in English and able to own multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years in consumer marketing
- US market fluency or substantial experience in the US
- experience writing and shipping CRM content across email, push, in-app, and web
- ability to use AI tools to scale content production
- proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Braze) and no-code tools (Webflow) and design tools (Figma)
- English language proficiency
