Job Summary
Source and screen applicants for high-volume and entry-level positions using applicant tracking databases, job board searches, cold-calling, and referrals. Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline by attending career fairs, networking, and coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews. Document employment recommendations, post job requisitions, and generate recruitment status reports on applicant flow and time to fill. Ensure compliance with government regulations such as OFCCP and ADA while participating in ongoing training. Requires 1-3 years of recruiting experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience
