Job Summary
Source and screen applicants for high-volume and entry-level positions using applicant tracking databases, job board searches, and cold-calling. Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline by attending career fairs, networking, and coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews. Document employment recommendations, post job requisitions, and generate recruitment status reports on applicant flow and time to fill. Ensure compliance with government regulations like OFCCP and ADA while participating in training to develop subject matter expertise in sourcing and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience
- Knowledge of recruitment and employment practices
- Skills and ability to assess candidates effectively via telephone or face-to-face
- Ability to work with a variety of jobs
- Time management and organizational skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
