US LBM AP Systems Analyst

Job Summary
Lead evaluation of US LBM and vendor requirements to incorporate capabilities into AP applications. Drive best-in-class customer onboarding by integrating new features and optimizing systems to align with business requirements. Learn accounts payable processes across direct and indirect invoice processing, then test and implement changes to applications supporting the business. Evaluate performance of applications, identify defects, and work with internal and external partners to ensure system stability. Monitor and manage incidents through the ticketing system to address failures and ensure timely payment. Collaborate on documentation for processes and systems while communicating status of implementations and upgrades. Implement end-to-end strategies for testing initiatives to ensure accuracy and operational feasibility prior to rollout.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of accounts payable, audit, finance, or business analysis experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- intermediate Excel knowledge
- Ability to interact professionally, with internal and external customers
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Demonstrated strong work ethic
- Effective communication skills (written and oral)
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of accounts payable best practices, policies, and controls
- Familiarity with Epicor Catalyst, Epicor Bistrack, and/or Great Plains
- Knowledge of automation software
- Experience in technology and process improvement initiatives
