US LBM AP Systems Analyst

Job Summary
Lead evaluation of US LBM and vendor requirements to incorporate capabilities into AP applications, drive best-in-class customer onboarding, and ensure new functionality aligns with financial requirements and industry best practices. Learn accounts payable processes across the company, including direct and indirect invoice processing, while driving necessary change within processes and applications to meet business needs. Evaluate application performance, propose enhancements, and identify defects to work with internal and external partners for system stability. Implement end-to-end testing strategies, monitor incidents through the ticketing system, and troubleshoot issues with partners to ensure timely payment resolution. Collaborate on documentation and communicate implementation status to stakeholders. Requires 3-5 years of AP or finance experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of accounts payable, audit, finance, or business analysis experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- intermediate Excel knowledge
- Ability to interact professionally, with internal and external customers
- Must be comfortable working in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Demonstrated strong work ethic
- Effective communication skills (written and oral)
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of accounts payable best practices, policies, and controls
- Familiarity with Epicor Catalyst, Epicor Bistrack, and/or Great Plains
- Knowledge of automation software
- Experience in technology and process improvement initiatives
