Job Summary
Review IT requirements from clients and source candidates across ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and IT forums. Technically screen applicants, negotiate rates within client ceilings, and conduct behavioral interviews. Communicate availability and interest via phone, email, and text while keeping candidates warm. Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidates for debriefs, and update the ATS with notes and status reports. Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers while maintaining strict data security and following established business processes. Submit daily status reports and placement incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Understand US employment terms, W2, W2 without benefits, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc.
- Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the US
- Fair Understanding & skilled in researching various IT domains and technologies to understand IT requirements & formulate technical questions for screening
- Candidates who can work without supervision in a home office setting without any distractions & background noise (a private secluded area in-home)
- Must be a team player
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Attitude to find answers and solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel & Word
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks
- Understands the importance of safeguarding all critical data, information, and communication
- Multitasking ability with strong time management skills
- Must have excellent Sourcing skills
- The candidate must have a high-speed Internet connection (Min. 50 MBPS) and a laptop or a desktop (Min. 8 GB RAM & Win 10 OS)
