Job Summary
The US IT Recruiter will identify companies requiring IT staffing solutions and collaborate with project managers to fulfill immediate requirements. Responsibilities include developing relationships with US IT staffing vendors, gathering client requirements for various employment types (full-time, contract, contract-to-hire), and effectively communicating these needs to the recruitment team. Candidates must be willing to work US central timings and possess strong interpersonal skills along with a competitive and self-motivated attitude.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in IT staffing and business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attitude, aptitude, and passion
- Competitive, energetic and self-motivated
- Ability to develop relationships with US IT staffing vendors
- Proven track record in business development
- Team handling capabilities
- Well versed with IT/Technology
Desired Qualifications
- Good knowledge/Experience as a recruiter on monster and dice
- Experience with JobDiva and other recruiting tools
