Partner with client hiring managers to determine staffing needs and coordinate interviews while sourcing, screening resumes, and performing in-person and phone interviews. Administer client assessments, conduct reference and background checks, and make recommendations to company hiring managers. Maintain relationships with internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved, communicate employer information during screening, and stay current on organizational structures and employment laws. Complete timely reports on employment activity. This role supports HireEazy's RaaS model across North America with openings in Bangalore for candidates willing to work EST/CST or PST shifts.
