Job Summary
Build and manage a network of high-quality creators producing content across paid and organic channels while developing long-term relationships that deliver authentic, high-performing content. Secure usage rights and whitelisting opportunities to maximize paid media performance and optimize an affiliate program balancing commercial results with brand advocacy. Identify and develop long-term ambassador partnerships with wellness experts and influential voices to increase brand awareness and credibility, then manage budgets and measure ROI across all influencer activity. Develop strategic partnerships with complementary wellness and lifestyle brands to create collaborative campaigns and generate genuine community advocacy. Track performance metrics including revenue, CAC, and ROAS to continually optimize strategy, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams to shape the brand's representation.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience managing US creators, influencers or strategic partnerships within a DTC, consumer or wellness brand
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, creator partnerships and paid social
- Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance and optimise ROI
- Strong understanding of the US and creator landscapes
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Comfortable operating within a founder-led, fast-growing environment
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to build a function from scratch
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with premium consumer, health, wellness, nutrition or lifestyle brands would be highly beneficial
- Experience using AI tools to improve research, outreach and workflow efficiency would be advantageous
