Job Summary
Learning Platform Manager, Global Value Stream, responsible for creating training materials for onsite and online distribution across multiple disciplines. Serves as the primary owner coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollout of training plans, with strong emphasis on planning (scope, WBS, schedules, resources) and risk mitigation. Requires 5+ years in content creation, experience with digital/AI tools, and the ability to travel up to 50-75%, including internationally. Focused on coordinating with Operations, OpEX, Training, HR, Safety, and other partners to meet timelines and continuously improve execution through documented processes and post-mortem analyses.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of content creation experience, preferably with digital/AI experience, in ecommerce, culinary or manufacturing environments
- proven success in managing multi-discipline projects across multiple facilities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- ability to travel frequently (up to 50-75%) to sites, including internationally during critical project phases
- familiarity with material handling equipment (MHE), culinary standards, and/or warehouse protocols is highly desirable
