Promote food safety, quality, and a safety-first culture through training and development activities within the site. Train, cross-train, or re-train Training Ambassadors, associates, and frontline leaders using classroom, on-the-job, and powered industrial equipment practical methods. Assist in monitoring training request intake to schedule sessions and support internal change management for new products. Conduct site tours for new associates and leaders while observing and providing feedback to support growth. Share best practices with trainers and communicate or escalate issues through proper channels. Create a positive team dynamic encouraging questions and adaptation to changing business needs. Requires scheduling flexibility for second shift (Tuesday–Friday, 12:00pm–10:30pm), English proficiency, and basic computer skills.
