Job Summary
US Growth Partnerships Manager for the US market to uncover new partnership and growth opportunities for NordVPN, NordPass, NordProtect, and Saily. Responsibilities include researching and evaluating partnership opportunities with clear revenue potential and measurable ROAS, presenting growth proposals and projections to stakeholders, monitoring local market activity and competitor movements, creating concise market reports highlighting US trends and opportunities, providing a US perspective to ensure campaigns resonate with US audiences, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, performance and creative teams to prioritize and activate opportunities efficiently. The role is mid-level, focused on partnerships, market research or strategic growth, requires strong analytical and communication skills, and benefits from familiarity with Sports, Travel, Fintech or Telco. The position is based on the US East Coast with remote work options, and involves occasional travel; onboarding may occur in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Required Qualifications
- Mid-level marketing or business development experience, ideally focused on partnerships, market research or strategic growth
- Proven success developing and validating high-ROI partnership ideas or marketing initiatives
- Strong analytical thinker comfortable modeling performance projections and interpreting market data
- Entrepreneurial and curious mindset, continuously scanning for trends and growth possibilities
- Excellent communicator who can clearly convey insights and ideas across global teams
- Confident presenter with ability to turn data into compelling business cases
- Familiarity with sectors like Sports, Travel, Fintech or Telco is beneficial but not required
- Based on the US East Coast for collaboration with international colleagues
