Job Summary
Lead enterprise client portfolios as a strategic visionary, driving macro-level marketing programs that align with client business objectives. Orchestrate cross-functional specialist teams to deliver flawless execution against strategic scopes of work, identify cross-sell opportunities, and ensure growth and client retention. Cultivate executive-level client relationships, guide quarterly performance reviews, and mentor junior teammates to build a high-performing client services practice. Demonstrate thought leadership in B2B marketing, staying ahead of best practices in demand generation, ABM, paid media, and SEO/GEO, while delivering insightful reporting on risks, opportunities, and revenue pacing. Proficient in using Monday.com for planning, status updates, and billing/tracking; articulate concise briefs that empower teams to produce award-worthy, impact-driven campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of agency experience
- 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing
- proven ability to manage and grow significant client portfolios
- experience leading cross-functional teams
- ability to develop and manage large, complex enterprise strategies
- excellent written and verbal communication, influencing senior stakeholders
- strong commercial acumen and revenue-target attainment
- proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and data analysis
