Job Summary
Group Account Director at Ledger Bennett with responsibility for a substantial enterprise portfolio, leading macro-level B2B marketing strategy and aligning with clients' business objectives. You will cultivate executive-level client relationships, orchestrate internal specialist teams to ensure flawless delivery, define scopes of work, drive strategic growth and cross-sell opportunities, monitor account health, and mentor junior staff. The role emphasizes leading cross-functional teams, delivering integrated campaigns, maintaining commercial targets and forecasting, and contributing thought leadership in B2B marketing (including ABM, paid media, SEO/GEO) while leveraging tools like Monday.com to keep programs on time and on budget. Based in New York with a flexible hybrid working model; permanent contract.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of agency experience with a proven track record of managing and growing significant client portfolios
- 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing with ability to guide clients and orchestrate integrated programs
- Demonstrated mastery in developing and managing large, complex enterprise account strategies
- Exceptional commercial acumen with history of exceeding revenue targets
- Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with senior/executive clients
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to execute integrated campaigns with precision and foresight
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and performance data analysis/reporting
