Job Summary
Assist callers impacted by severe flooding by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing empathetic support. Document all interactions thoroughly, maintain confidentiality with sensitive information, and escalate complex cases as needed. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and offer feedback to improve service processes. Maintain strict compliance with federal guidelines and protocols while adhering to a 6-week mandatory training program.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a Level 2 fingerprint background check
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts
- Attendance for the full duration of the training is mandatory
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively
