Job Summary

US Field Marketing Manager responsible for end-to-end NA field presence: flagship sponsorships, curated VIP experiences, and executive engagement programs to open doors with key buyers. Own the NA events calendar, timelines, vendors, venues, budgets, and on-site logistics; execute against the regional events playbook and ensure post-event CRM data and sales follow-up. Lead executive engagement programs with senior leaders and external buyers, travel regularly across North America to represent Moloco in-market, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align field programs with pipeline and ABM motions. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, craft memorable experiences, and drive operational templates scalable for growth. Must have 6+ years in field/event marketing, comfort engaging with executives, and familiarity with CRM tools. Strong on-site execution, vendor accountability, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing execution
  • experience owning and executing complex, multi-stakeholder events independently
  • experience working directly with senior executives (internal and external)
  • experience coordinating with sales teams and understanding how field programs connect to pipeline and account relationships
  • familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Splash) and marketing operations basics
