Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information to individuals impacted by severe flooding, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Document all interactions thoroughly and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information appropriately. Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed and provide follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and service updates, and participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality. Offer feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes. This role requires strict compliance with federal guidelines and protocols on a U.S. Federal Contract.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a Level 2 fingerprint background check
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts
- Attendance for the full duration of the training is mandatory
- Ability to perform duties with precision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
