Job Summary
The US ETF Strategist will be responsible for leading ETF market research and analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies to increase ETF assets under management, and translating complex ETF data into clear narratives to support sales efforts. The role requires a strategic and collaborative mindset, with a focus on building relationships across financial advisors and institutions. A bachelor's degree and over 10 years of relevant experience in ETF product development or asset management, alongside a proficiency in data analysis tools, are essential for success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in ETF product development, product strategy, or asset management with a focus on ETFs
- Deep subject matter expertise in ETF construction, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders, lead strategic initiatives, and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or similar data analysis and visualization platforms
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or CFA designation
- Experience in capital markets or fintech environments
- Proven track record building relationships with financial advisors and institutional clients
