Job Summary
Source and engage engineering and technical talent within the renewable energy industry, conducting detailed screening and qualification conversations while managing candidate communication and interview coordination. Support end-to-end recruitment delivery across technical and non-technical roles, building strong pipelines to deliver a consistent flow of qualified profiles weekly. Partner closely with hiring managers as an embedded extension of their internal team, contributing to recruitment strategy and market insights. Maintain accurate activity reporting while sourcing across LinkedIn and other platforms. This remote role, aligned to US time zones, supports a fast-growing US-based renewable energy business scaling engineering functions across clean energy sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in embedded recruitment, RPO, or agency recruitment
- Exposure to engineering, renewable energy, or technical recruitment environments
- Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Confidence engaging technical candidates and understanding engineering terminology
- Experience recruiting across various seniority levels, including senior technical hires
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Working hours aligned closely with US time zones
- Flexibility around overlap hours
Desired Qualifications
- Recruitment experience within renewable energy, clean tech, utilities, or engineering sectors
- Experience supporting US-based clients or working US-aligned hours
- Exposure to high-volume recruitment delivery
- Experience working within embedded or onsite recruitment models
