Job Summary
Plate various meals into bento boxes while adhering to safety, GMP, and SQF policies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Respectfully support line performance by following direction from managers and supervisors, utilizing work area equipment in clean and orderly conditions. Accurately perform repetitive tasks, report defective materials to Quality Assurance, and occasionally prepare ingredients using tools as needed. Complete daily production duties with minimum supervision, maintaining momentum to meet goals and deadlines. Full-time role with varied shift hours and occasional overtime based on production needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to accurately perform repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment
- Able to work on a team to plate various meals into a bento
- Abide by standard operating policies and procedures
- Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Assurance and/or Lead/Supervisor
- Utilizes the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
- Completes tasks as directed by with minimum supervision
- Occasionally required to prepare ingredients using tools such as food scales, measuring spoons and cups, etc., as needed
- Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, reach and lift for a minimum of 10 to 12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
- Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects and/or tools
- Required to talk or hear with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
- Regularly exposed to cool and/or cold temperatures (10o - 35o)
- Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration
- Noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud
Desired Qualifications
