[US-DC] Operations Manager

Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure on-time, accurate delivery of customer orders while driving continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery initiatives. Lead the Production team through coaching and motivation, monitor multiple production lines to eliminate downtime, and establish metrics to optimize productivity. Analyze data to identify cost savings and lead time improvements, develop administrative procedures for outgoing shipments, and collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and forecasting. Manage relationships with hourly associates, managers, carrier partners, and vendors to foster a culture of innovation and change within the facility.
