Respectfully communicate with all employees, provide coaching and development to shift hourly associates, and resolve issues through appropriate problem resolution. Report daily production knowledge, balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale, and manage departmental performance measures with regular progress reports. Conduct daily shift and safety meetings, perform accident investigations, track absenteeism and timekeeping, and submit paperwork at the end of each shift. You must be flexible to work any shift, including environments ranging from 10 to 40 degrees, and possess at least one to three years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
