US Commercial Data Lakehouse Tribe Lead responsible for end-to-end delivery accountability for Bronze and Silver data products across multiple squads within the US Commercial domain. Leads planning, alignment, and governance in a scaled agile/SAFe environment; owns operational stability of the Databricks-based data platform; drives continuous improvement, AI-enabled delivery methods, and cross-team coordination with Architecture, Reliability, and Platform teams; communicates status and risks to stakeholders; and co-creates domain strategy to align data products with business outcomes.
