Job Summary
Lead the US consumer marketing strategy for MariTide, translating insights into differentiated consumer journeys and omnichannel campaigns. Oversee creative and content production, digital/social activations, and the consumer engagement ecosystem; build and lead a high-performing consumer marketing team; manage agency partners across creative, social, media, and production; drive measurement via KPIs and dashboards and optimize campaigns through test-and-learn; own budgeting and resource allocation, and guide cross-functional alignment across commercial, medical, access, analytics, and corporate affairs teams. Requires strategic leadership, brand-building, direct-to-consumer expertise, and strong experience launching or managing regulated-healthcare brands; travel up to 30%. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees (MBA or equivalent) and demonstrated success in biotech/pharma-like regulated environments.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing or production experience OR Master’s degree and 7 years of marketing or production experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of marketing or production experience
