(US) Commercial Services Representative (6 month contract)

Job Summary
Create, review, and process Marketplace quotes, product corrections, and cancellations while validating pricing terms, contractual details, and effective dates. Process day-to-day Shared Services case requests, support case routing and data validation, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and related systems. Escalate ambiguous or non-standard quoting scenarios to senior specialists and identify recurring issues for resolution. Partner with Marketplace Strategy, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams to ensure contract and case changes align with policy and standards. Follow standardized processes and utilize AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency. This is a six-month contract position with an approximate start date of September 7, 2026, and end date of March 5, 2027. Team members work remotely or hybrid, with Head Office located in Mississauga.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to change in a growing business
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/case management tools
- Exposure to subscription billing, quoting, or contract administration
- Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based business models
- Interest in AI-enabled tools and process automation
