(US) Clinical AI Nurse SME - 3 Month Contract

Job Summary
Part-time contract role focusing on labeling PointClickCare clinical notes to train AI models (approx. 95% labeling). Provide clinical feedback and recommendations using nursing knowledge of Senior Living/SNF EMR. Collaborate with a team for quality review of AI products, align with labeling rules, and suggest labeling changes to improve the product. Requires completing training per security, clinical director, and HR; 28 hours/week remote from the USA. RN/NP with at least 5 years of acute or LTPAC clinical experience and clinical degree; familiarity with AI in healthcare and EHR terminology is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Clinical background (RN, NP) – at least 5 years' acute or LTPAC clinical experience
- Clinical software experience and predictive intelligence with an EHR preferred
- Clinical degree required; bachelor's degree preferred with proof of clinical license verification
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Must be a self-starter and work independently
- Must be a multitasker with excellent communication skills who is energized by working in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
- Experience in data labeling, supporting and servicing customers using a clinical software application is preferred
- Technical acumen or familiarity with the PointClickCare EHR is preferred but not required
