Job Summary
Communicate with clients and colleagues on complex Consular case matters, including refusal risks, processing trends, and criminal matters. Liaise with US Embassies and Consulates, manage allocated client accounts, and supervise paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation. Troubleshoot and establish case strategy, review documents for legal compliance and quality standards, and draft correspondence on complex matters. Contribute to the Firm's initiative to improve its internal and external image while maintaining professionalism across electronic, print, and in-person interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Member of a US State Bar Association
- experience with Business Immigration law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
