Urology - Senior Medical Director

Lead outpatient clinic coverage and perform 4-8 procedures daily in the OR, managing a case load of 15-20 patients per day across three to four half-day clinics. Participate in weekly tumor board meetings and collaborate with a team of nurse practitioners, medical office assistants, and clinical staff while adhering to a Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm schedule with Friday hours until noon. Maintain flexibility for call rotations, including a 1:3 call schedule averaging 17 weeks annually. Bring leadership experience to guide the practice and integrate into the SOMC culture.
