Job Summary
Join an established urology team in Fond du Lac, WI as a full-time Urology Hospitalist. The practice features a 3-physician, 2-APP group embedded in a 100+ physician multi-specialty clinic with DaVinci Robot capabilities, fully integrated EPIC EMR, and a 4-day clinic/OR week. Enjoy a 1:4 call schedule, a guaranteed base salary with immediate eligibility for production-based bonus and leadership/incentive compensation, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, paid relocation, and generous CME support. The role supports shareholder opportunity within 12 months and a strong focus on quality, service, and leadership within a Catholic not-for-profit health system serving the Midwest. Required Qualifications
- Urology board certification or eligibility
- MD or DO
- Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin
