Job Summary
Conduct urology practice within a growing employed program featuring strong surgical volume and access to two robotic systems. Manage a flexible clinic and OR mix based on physician preference, with subspecialty interests welcomed while maintaining general urology scope. Support the future of the practice as part of an expanding employed urology program in Northwest Indiana. Board-Certified or Board-Eligible physicians with Indiana licensure eligibility are required. Base salary ranges from $700,000 to $800,000 plus RVU production bonuses, including a $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

- Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
