Urology Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary
Provide outpatient urology care as a PA or NP, evaluate and treat common urologic conditions, obtain medical histories and perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging, develop and implement treatment plans, perform in-office urologic procedures within scope and training, educate patients on diagnoses and options, maintain EMR documentation, collaborate with supervising physicians and clinic staff, and participate in clinic quality initiatives. Requires strong communication and time-management skills, ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team, and preferred experience in outpatient urology with cystoscopy assistance, catheter management, men’s health, or recurrent UTI management.
Required Qualifications
- Active Oregon PA or NP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- NCCPA certification for PAs or board certification for NPs
- DEA license and prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain)
