Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive history and physical exams, order lab tests, and interpret imaging studies. Develop treatment plans for conditions including kidney stones, incontinence, urinary tract infections, and prostate health. Perform in-office procedures such as prostate biopsies, testosterone pellet insertion, urodynamics, and catheterization. This full-time, permanent direct-hire role offers a $130,000 annual salary plus up to $15,000 in quality incentives and a $20,000 commencement bonus. The 4x10 day shift schedule includes no after-hour call requirements, with benefits covering student loan assistance, 401(k) match, and paid malpractice coverage. The team is located in an outdoor paradise in the eastern foothills of the Blue Mountains, providing residents immediate access to mountains and lakes for hunting, fishing, and skiing.
Required Qualifications
- Must have previous experience as a Urologic Physician Assistant
- Must be a Certified Physician Assistant
- Must have or be willing to obtain an Oregon State Physician Assistant License
