Urology Physician

Join a well-resourced urology practice in Janesville, WI as a Urologist with surgical autonomy and access to advanced robotic technology. Board-certified or board-eligible candidates will work with a small team (1 FT physician, 1 NP, locum support) in a facility where clinic and OR are co-located. Enjoy a flexible schedule with 4–5 clinic or OR days, perform 15–20 clinic visits per day and 4–7 surgical cases per OR day, and receive comprehensive support from nurses and MAs. Sponsorship is supported (H1B/J1) with a preference for candidates available before 2026; benefits include generous PTO (12 weeks) and caregiver/parental leave, with potential production bonus up to $100,000. Located in the Midwest near Lake Michigan with access to Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago; practice at a Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center in a modern facility with integrated clinic and OR.
