Obtain patient health history, perform physical examinations, and develop differential diagnoses for acute and chronic conditions. Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests while prescribing and managing medications within practice standards. Provide individualized preventive care education, conduct medication reconciliation upon admission and discharge, and document all encounters according to department standards. Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams and specialists. Perform daily patient rounding, initial encounters, and dispositions in both inpatient and outpatient settings under physician supervision.
