Job Summary
Urology opportunity near Chicago offering strong compensation and a growing employed program. Join a Northwest Indiana practice with robotics access (2 robotic systems) and a mix of clinic and OR-based work. Subspecialty interests are supported while maintaining general urology scope, with dedicated APP support and Epic EMR throughout the health system. Compensation includes a base salary of $700K–$800K plus RVU bonuses, a $50K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits (PTO, CME days, licensure reimbursement, malpractice tail). Residency stipend, 5 weeks PTO, 5 CME days with a $6K allowance, 403(b) employer match, and licensure-related reimbursements are also available. Located in Northwest Indiana with easy access to downtown Chicago; strong referral base and opportunity to shape a growing practice within a suburban Chicago market.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
- Open to experienced physicians and graduating residents/fellows
