Job Summary
Urology opportunity to help build a new practice in a brand-new clinic in Bellingham, WA. Brand-new space with state-of-the-art equipment and broad scope including general urology and female urology. Guaranteed first-year income of $565,094 with an 18-month salary guarantee and potential for up to 10% additional value-based pay after moving to productivity-based compensation. Employment with relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, fully paid malpractice, strong health/dental/vision options, retirement plans, and educational loan reimbursement. Opportunity to work with multiple ORs, an employed anesthesia team, and DaVinci Xi robot; EPIC EMR. US-trained residency required; board eligibility/certification and BLS required.
