Job Summary
Urology opportunity in Bellingham, WA with PeaceHealth seeking 3 experienced BC/BE Urologists to help build a new community-based practice. Features include a brand-new clinic with state-of-the-art equipment, broad scope (general urology and female urology), multiple ORs with an employed anesthesia team and DaVinci Xi robot, EPIC EMR, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation includes a guaranteed first-year income of $565,094 with an 18-month guarantee, potential for up to 10% additional value-based earnings, employment bonus plus relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice, extensive health/dental/vision coverage, retirement plans, and educational loan reimbursement. Supports clinician well-being programs and the New Clinician Education Program. Position requires USAGME-accredited residency, board eligibility/certification, and BLS.
