Job Summary
Urology opportunity in Bellingham seeking 3 experienced BC/BE Urologists to help build a new community-based practice. Role includes a broad scope of general urology and female urology with a brand-new clinic, state-of-the-art equipment, multiple ORs, and an employed anesthesia team with DaVinci Xi robotic surgery. EPIC EMR in use. Compensation includes a guaranteed first-year income of $565,094 with an 18-month salary guarantee and potential for up to 10% additional earnings through a productivity-based model, plus relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, fully paid malpractice, comprehensive benefits, loan reimbursement eligibility, and wellness programs. Requires USGME-accredited residency, board eligibility or board certification, and BLS certification. Location highlights include access to outdoor activities in the Pacific Northwest and PeaceHealth’s local presence in the Northwest Washington region.
