Job Summary
Urology opportunity in a brand-new, spacious clinic in Bellingham, WA. Join 3 experienced BC/BE urologists to build a community-based practice with broad scope including general urology and female urology. Available resources include multiple ORs with a dedicated anesthesia team and a Davinci Xi robot, EPIC EMR, and strong support for clinical education and wellbeing programs. Compensation includes a guaranteed first-year income with an 18-month salary guarantee and potential to earn up to 10% more through productivity-based compensation after the move. Relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, fully paid malpractice insurance, comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage, retirement plans, and educational loan reimbursement are provided. The role requires USAGME-accredited residency, board eligibility/certification, and BLS; PeaceHealth emphasizes inclusivity and clinician support.
