PeaceHealth seeks BC/BE Urologists to join a community-based practice in Bellingham, WA, helping build a new clinic with state-of-the-art equipment and a broad scope including general urology and female urology. The role offers multiple ORs with an employed anesthesia team and a DaVinci Xi robot, EPIC EMR, excellent referrals, and strong support. Compensation includes a guaranteed first-year income of $565,094 with an 18-month salary guarantee, relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, fully paid malpractice insurance, robust health/dental/vision options, and loan reimbursement opportunities.
