Job Summary
Urology opportunity in Bellingham, WA with PeaceHealth seeking 3 experienced BC/BE Urologists to help build a new practice in a brand-new clinic featuring general urology and female urology, multiple ORs, state-of-the-art equipment, DaVinci Xi robotic surgery, EPIC EMR, and robust support including anesthesia and CME benefits. Position includes relocation assistance, fully paid malpractice insurance, loan reimbursement options, excellent health/dental/vision coverage, and a defined path from guaranteed first-year income to productivity-based compensation. Responsibilities include establishing a community-based practice with broad scope, building referrals, and delivering high‐quality urology care with a supportive team while leveraging advanced equipment and a comprehensive benefits package.
