Urology opportunity at Sanford Health — Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield, WI for a BC/BE Urologist to join a multi-specialty group delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care. Features include Da Vinci Xi robot, a 1:4 rotating call schedule, strong radiology and lab support, 24/7 interventional radiology, and an emphasis on education and research. The role emphasizes participation in medical education and education-related activities, with a well-established, high-volume department and a relocation allowance. Compensation includes an annual base of $800,000 for the first two years with potential to exceed via wRVUs, plus a $200,000 retention incentive at 1.0 FTE for 4 years and comprehensive benefits including loan-forgiveness considerations.
