Urology Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive urologic care across inpatient, outpatient, and perioperative settings; performs first-assist in the operating room; manages postoperative care, admissions, H&Ps, discharges, and triage; conducts evaluations, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, and develops evidence-based treatment plans; performs in-office procedures; collaborates with urologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care; strong procedural skills, teamwork, and patient-first mindset; full-time schedule with on-call responsibilities across clinic, outpatient, hospital, and OR settings.
